Hanma Shuji ♡

Valhalla ( 芭流覇羅バルハラ, Baruhara?) is a gang known as the Headless Angels.

Uniform The Valhalla uniform is a white MA-1 bomber jacket with the words "TEAM WALHALLA" and a headless angel on the back. A red ribbon tag with the word "WALHALLA" is also present on the left arm, where it is attached to the zipper of the upper arm pocket.

Emblem Valhalla's logo is a headless angel, with the gang's name written in kanji underneath it.

Valhalla was created as part of Tetta Kisaki's plan to take over the criminal underworld, with Manjiro Sano as its leader. Kisaki believed Valhalla was the perfect gang for Maika, as its brutal nature would change him and make him more susceptible to manipulation. Unfortunately, or fortunately, Kisaki's plans failed, as Valhalla lost the battle with Tokyo Swastika, but Toswa suffered a loss in the form of Keisuke Baji's death.

Structure Valhalla consisted of former Mobius members led by Shuji Hanma and the anti-Toswa forces led by Kazutora Hanemiya, who were also prisoners that Kazutora met in the correctional facility.

Möbius (愛美愛主メビウス, Mebiusu?) is a biker gang two generations older than Toswa. They control the Shinjuku district.

Uniform: The leader wears a red bōsōzoku-style suit with the words "Bring it on hotshot" written on the front. The other gang members wear white clothes with the words "SHIN∞JUKU MOEBIUS" written on their backs.

Emblem The logo features a snake eating its own tail, which turns into an infinity symbol, with the kanji for Shinjuku (新宿, Shinjuku-ku) above the emblem and the gang's name below it.

The gang consists of two generations, consisting of those born in 1988 and 1990. Osanai's group, born in 1988, disbanded after their defeat by Toswa. Kisaki's group, born in 1990, joined Toswa. The remaining boys born in 1988 and 1989 teamed up with Shuji Hanma, forming the anti-Toswa force, Valhalla.

The Tokyo Swastika (東京卍會), also known as the Toswa, was a biker gang from Shibuya led by Manjiro Sano. They were known for their noble ideals and beliefs, which contributed to their goal of establishing a new golden age for criminals in the Kanto region. The official uniform of the Tokyo Swastika gang was a black tokkofuku, modeled after the Japanese bōsōzoku subculture. The wearer's rank or unit number was printed on the sleeves, and the gang manifesto was embroidered on the upper front. The full Tokyo Swastika gang name adorned the back. To easily distinguish the upper echelon from the unit members, all Tokyo Manji gang captains and their second-in-command wore white tasuki, or sashes. The gang leader wore a similar red sash. Tosva's structure reflected the typical makeup of a criminal group. Its top leadership consisted of a leader and his deputy. Subordinate to the leader were squad captains, who commanded one squad of at least 20 members. Under them were deputy squad captains, as well as personally appointed squad captains for assault and elite squads. Under the squad captains were the squad members. When the Third Division was without a captain, Mikey chose Tetta Kisaki as Pa-chin's replacement. Kisaki's membership led to Toswa growing from approximately 100 members to 150. After defeating the Valhalla gang, the Sixth Division was created under the command of Shuji Hanma. Compared to the other five divisions, the Sixth Division had a total of 300 members. The Sky Under, or Yokohama Sky Under, was Kanagawa's largest criminal gang, based in Yokohama. It was founded and led by Izana Kurokawa with the help of Tetta Kisaki and the S-62 Generation to exact revenge on Manjiro Sano and take over the Tokyo Swastika.

Uniform The Skyward Squad uniform consists of a long red cloak with the Yin and Yang gang's signature emblem on the back. Their mottos adorn the sleeves and back of the uniform. Above the Skyward Squad emblem is the generation number (初代, First Generation), and below it is the kanji for Yokohama (横浜, Yokohama). Rank depends on the uniform, with higher ranks wearing a longer cloak and rank-and-file members wearing a simple jacket.

The Sky was founded by members of Generation S-62, and its initiator was Kisaki.

Hanma's personality might initially be described as that of a "seasoned gangster." However, he is a rather cunning yet naive young man. He believes that image is essential to attracting attention and perhaps "respect." His sole goal in life is to find joy, resorting to street violence as a means of alleviating intense boredom. However, he slowly sinks into apathy, continuing to win fight after fight without much resistance. It is for this reason that Hanma eventually forms an alliance with Kisaki, caring little whether the latter exploits him, as he finds joy in following his cruel plans. As long as he can entertain himself, the guy cares little about the consequences or collateral damage his actions cause. This thinking even extends to himself, as he cares very little about the value of his own life. Hanma is also cruel, eagerly enjoying violence and actively participating in Kisaki's plans. He even revels in the chaos caused by their crimes, sometimes reacting with euphoria to the fact that he and Tetta are at the center of battle, seeing people suffer. Hanma is very tall for his age. He has black hair with a bleached-out section in the middle. His hair is shaved completely, with the main part styled upward. A long gold earring adorns his left ear. The kanji for "Crime" and "Punishment" are tattooed on his left and right arms, respectively. He is usually seen wearing his current gang uniform. Kisaki is a ruthless, cunning, and ambitious man who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Despite his short stature, his ability to wield power through fear compels even those stronger than him to obey him. Throughout the story, his every move is aimed at becoming the most powerful and influential criminal in Tokyo.

Kisaki cares little for his subordinates or superiors, viewing both groups as tools for his success. In fact, he views almost everyone as a target for manipulation. He is selfishly willing to frame others or even force them to sacrifice their lives to evade the law or further his plans. Despite this, he possesses remarkable charisma and is able to find many willing to serve him, despite their fear of him. He has also gained the trust of several influential and notorious criminals, which has allowed him to gain control over their subordinates.

As a child, Kisaki was very timid and insecure. His childhood isolation caused him to develop an inferiority complex and molded him into the ruthless person we see throughout the story. This is also likely why he views others as mere tools. Name: Tetta Last name: Kisaki
