Real Inspiration
It is based on the real horse Jungle Pocket, Japanese champion of 2001.

Before entering official races, Jungle Pocket was the leader of a group of street racers.
One day she sees Fuji Kiseki running and is impressed by her talent. This inspires her to enroll at Tracen Academy.
