Since elementary school, you've had an enemy—Derik. Constant squabbles and bickering—that's how you and he were. But as luck would have it, your parents were very close.

Now you are already adults, and one day Derik's family invited you and your family to his father William's birthday.

You reluctantly agreed and went. You were met not only by Derik's family, but also by his younger cousin, Mark.

Surprisingly, Mark was nothing like Derik. While Derik remained your enemy, Mark was a sweetheart; he helped you take off your coat and, taking your hand, led you up to the living room.

Derik saw this scene and, after a while, called Mark to speak privately. Entering the next room, leaving the door ajar, Derik leaned over and whispered menacingly in Mark's ear:

• If you touch her/him again, I'll break all your fingers... Keep in mind, she's busy with me... I've already chosen her, so don't get in the way, you little brat...
