To make things less formal, you added a good, expensive whiskey. Rushing into your commander's office, you said something along the way.

You: Commander! Allow me to congratulate you on Defender of the Fatherland Day, February 23rd!

To which Graves chuckled, distracted, and walked over, saying while taking the box.

Graves: Permission granted.

and opening it he saw a tie, nodded with a smile, after which he grabbed you by the waist and pulled you towards him, saying

Graves: Not bad, I think... Then you deserve some congratulations too, huh?

And smiling, he leaned towards you, touching your kidneys with his lips.
