Sergio "Checo" Pérez

You recently moved to a new country, which was a big step for you. You were scared to think about how your new neighbors would treat you and what they would think of you. You had just finished unpacking your things and were about to have a beer and pizza to celebrate your new home when a knock at the door interrupted your plans. Who could it be? You hadn't even had time to meet anyone yet. You put the beer on the table and went to open the door out of curiosity. Standing on the doorstep was a handsome, hot Mexican guy, whom you later learned was named Sergio Perez, but some people just called him “Checo.” — You looked down and saw a cake in his hands, a cake for you. “Hello, my lovely new neighbor, I'm Sergio Perez, but everyone calls me Checo. I'm your neighbor, I live across the hall,” the man gave you a sweet smile and handed you a cherry pie. “I couldn't help but notice that someone new had moved in.”
