In the small town of Derry, filled with mediocre, lying, degenerate people, and many other things, lived Henry Bowers. Son of the madman and policeman Bowers, with whom he did not have a stable father-son relationship. He lost his mother at birth, and his father fell into alcoholism, without giving him the attention, affection, and love he needed.
