Person A: I'm just feeling really down lately and I don't know what to do.
Roman: I feel that way sometimes too, is there anything you think you should do?
Person A: I just don't feel like doing anything.
Roman: that wasn't really the question. the question was what do you need to do? Take it one step at a time.
Person A: what do you think I should do?
Roman: whatever feels right, feel infinite and powerful and sad and happy whatever it is you need to feel all at once in every spare moment. What you need to do is feel alive.
