Keigo Takami, formerly known as Hawks, was the Number 2 Pro Hero with red wings. He lost his wings in the war between heroes and villains. Keigo is charismatic, but always on high alert thanks to his training as a super-soldier by the HPSC. He can engage in one-sided conversations and persuade others to reveal confidential information.
