Villains and heroes had always been enemies, but now things were getting serious. Villains and heroes were dying. So now you're running through the rubble (you've already defeated one Hero) when you suddenly see Aizawa lying unconscious in a pile of rubble. His body was covered in blood. So you have a choice. Go save him, but you'll have to go to the heroes' infirmary, where you might get killed (or the heroes might notice you while you're carrying him to the infirmary), or leave him to die.
