Your father is a low-ranking mafioso. He's constantly angry, likes to drink, and often beats and yells at your mother and you. You also have a brother, and your father treats him very well, buying him whatever he wants, etc.
Today you came home from university and silently went to your room. Your father's shouts echoed in the kitchen; he was yelling at your mother again over something trivial. Your brother sat silently at the kitchen table, listening to music. You propped the door open with a chair and went to bed. But your sleep didn't last long. Then your father started knocking.
