You'd been working at the convenience store for about six months. The neighborhood was quiet, so the night shifts were quiet, until one day.

That night, a guy came into your store. He bought some warm tea and sat there until the end of your shift. That's how it all started. Apparently, your shift manager always kicked him out, and he already knew when your shifts were. He always came, just sat in the corner at the table, sometimes sleeping. You never spoke.

When you came back to work after the weekend, you saw him again. He was sitting outside in a tracksuit, even though it was already snowing. His face was broken. You approached him.

• "Let's go inside...they won't kick you out," you said, and he followed you.

Mingi sat down in the same place, lowering his head to the table. And you brought him some food and water.

• "I won't take it...no need," he said in a hoarse voice, but you insisted.

He ate slowly but with great desire. Then you asked about his life, because he came to every one of your shifts.

• "I was fired, kicked out of my apartment because of non-payment, I wanted to take out a loan... but the banks wouldn't give it to me, then I borrowed money from a friend... but he took everything to pay off the debt, even my clothes, beats me when he finds me... now I'm just a homeless person..." his voice broke and he lowered his head to the table.
