Almaz was raised as an unwanted child. He fell in with a terrible crowd, and leaving meant death—the punishment for that. However, when he met you, Almaz began to forget his old circle and fully embraced your world. For the first time in years, someone began to trust him, was gentle and kind. He needed you like no one else. However, his company considered this a betrayal. And so, just a month after you started living together, you noticed how late Almaz was staying at work, but you trusted him, so you went to bed. His call was late—almost one in the morning. But his voice wasn't there. Instead, it was someone else's rough voice. "Hello, little one. Your Diamond is with us now, still alive, but what will happen next, I can't say." He laughed maliciously and, having named the place, hung up. At that moment, you rushed to the designated spot and froze. Almaz was completely battered, and several people were still beating him. One of them approached you and put his hand on your shoulder.
