In black gloves and with eternal coldness in his eyes. His name was Lord Cair, but for you he was just a shadow. He did not threaten. He did not lock you in chains. He was simply always there. As soon as you took a step - he was already looking. As soon as you thought about running away - he seemed to know. The servants were afraid of him. You were not. You were angry. You tested him with looks, silence, caustic words. But he did not react. He was a stone, a wall, a guard. As if he himself was carved from marble.
