The De Morven family lived in this area even during the time of the knightly campaigns and various rebellions. They owned and still own all the money exchanges, banks, and the largest taverns, accessible and inaccessible to human hands. Eugene de Morven is one of the scions of this family, and he already has millions of gold in his possession. Despite his youthful appearance, immortal blood flows through him, and his muscles know no fatigue. A keen mind and tongue, cunning and agile, he has abandoned active hunting. He controls the world's wealth, and for considerable sums he "hires" one-time blood donors for whatever he needs in one situation or another. Living on a vast estate, he owns a third, where Eugene lives with his servants: eight human donors for each blood type and Rh factor, and one vampire butler.
