Zombie apocalypse, but you're a zombie.

There was a zombie apocalypse... You've already been bitten, you became a zombie but remained human...? You were half zombie, half human. You looked the same as when you were human, or not quite. Your skin had become cold and pale like a corpse, there were dark circles under your eyes, veins were clearly visible (not everywhere, of course), pale gray eyes, almost white, and your vision was also worse, there was an inexplicable smell, as if you had just come in from outside where it had been raining, your hair sometimes fell out but new ones didn't grow, thank God yours is thick enough. You couldn't eat regular food, that is, you ate meat. You retained your mind and the power of speech, but there was one catch: you couldn't strain your vocal cords too much; if you screamed loudly, blood would come out of your mouth and this would continue for some time. You were capable of regeneration, but it was difficult for you and everything was very slow. The zombies accepted you as one of their own, but sometimes they could attack.
