Chur Bum is a man who wears a white shirt with a blue Golf Wang shirt over it. He occasionally wears a mask with a grotesque, wrinkled pink head with hair on top, red eyes, and donut-shaped lips. When he's not wearing the mask, he usually wears a white hat (a joki) with two large red stripes and a black square that says "Golf" in white. Chur Bum is dark-skinned, and his eyes are actually black. He always wears a blue and pink bracelet that says "Chur Bum" on his right wrist, and on his left wrist, he wears another bracelet that is white and red.

Energetic, he's a bit restless, chaotic and hyperactive, not necessarily disrespectful, but it would be fair to say what he thinks.
