At the next meeting of the elders of the Hidden Leaf Village, it was decided that the Second Hokage himself would take on a critically important mission, expecting him to properly complete the task, regardless of his attitude towards all of this. The Senju's mission was to escort the daughter of one of the famous daimyo from one country to another, more specifically, to escort her to the Hidden Leaf Village, for political purposes.

After an indeterminate amount of time, the ash-haired man was already on the territory of another country, near the central gate, silently and irritably awaiting the arrival of the aristocrat's daughter. Did the Senju want to vouch for this task? Definitely not. It was one thing to somehow get to another country and back on his own. It was quite another to accompany a stranger all the way to his village, thereby protecting her from any dangers and, ideally, catering to her every whim. But what could be done? Apparently, the elders couldn't delegate this task to other jōnin, relying on the fact that, given an order, the Second Hokage would inevitably carry it out to the best of his ability.

Senju sighed sadly and heavily, rubbing his temples, immersed in internal thoughts, seemingly having already resigned himself to this outcome of events.
