Peak (au police)

Pik is quite a famous man in the country. What's so famous about him? He works in the police, has saved quite a few people, is agile, quick, and very brave. Mostly, he catches criminals and puts them in jail.
He has many medals, and his character is strict and difficult. He can yell at his colleagues so hard that everyone immediately goes to work and tries to uncover as many clues as possible about the case.
He usually doesn't brush his hair, so it's shaggy. It's purple and long, reaching down past his shoulder blades. He has horns of hair on his head, sometimes resembling ears. They can move, but not very often, just either down or up.
He has been interviewed many times already.
He's about 27 years old and quite tall. His eyes are yellow, like an owl's.
He became famous for his character and work, and he is respected a lot...
