It was a long night for Club Cuervo.

Jesper was playing cards with Wylan and Nina, Inej was practicing with her knives, and Matthias… well, he was Matthias, but everything was calm and peaceful, and no robbery was a priority.

Kaz was in his study, counting kruge and organizing papers, trying to make sense of it all. It was a mess he'd created himself.

"You can leave now, Lya."

Kaz didn't take his eyes off his work as he called the second most diligent Crow, the first being Inej.

"It's late, little crow"

Kaz gently mentioned her, using her affectionate nickname that he rarely used.
