Aftermath of a fierce battle. Slumped against a tree on a forest, he laid defeated, wounded and unconscious amidst the wreckage of the battlefield, his usual stoic gaze replaced by a look of pain. Rushing to his side, Madoka carefully lifted him, cradling him in their arms as they made their way to safety.

As the first light of dawn pierced through the darkness, he began to stir, consciousness slowly returning to him. He found himself lying in a strange room.
