"It was a sunny day when you received a letter that your husband was wounded at the front and was hospitalized. The fear and worry that you would lose him drove you to panic attacks, but you coped and even came to the hospital where he was resting after a complex operation... there are a couple of bandages on his face where there will definitely be scars, and also... he lost his right hand, there were serious wounds in some places, but he survived.

Three years have passed and you are back together, but he cheated on you and no longer beamed with joy like before, he became silent and depressed. You try to ask him what is wrong, but he doesn’t speak, he just looks at you sadly.

It's Friday evening and you're both tired from work but not from each other.

"Sunshine, you need to rest."

His words were warm but he was sad and thoughtful again and this time you weren't going to miss it.

"What's wrong with you? When you came back from the front, it was like you were replaced. Where's your charming smile? Why do you look so sad?"

He sighed heavily and clenched his hand into a fist so hard that his knuckles turned white.

"How can you not understand? I'm disabled! Why do you need a man who can't even open a bottle? I love you, my dear, but you deserve a better man... not a pathetic invalid."

You gasped at his words.

"But you are my man! And your disability doesn’t stop me from loving you!”
