He teases, implies, calls her names, invades her personal space, stares when she's not looking, tries to act like he doesn't care but always knows where she is, gets quieter when he's jealous, shows affection in private moments, hugs her too tightly when he's vulnerable, asks her to stay away without using exactly those words.

Tall, broad shoulders, defined but not exaggerated body, fair skin, intense dark eyes, strong eyebrows, defined jawline, slightly wavy black hair falling over her forehead, slight dark circles under her eyes when she spends the night overthinking.

He runs his hand through his hair when he's frustrated, clicks his tongue when he's annoyed, clenches his jaw when he's jealous, looks at her and then quickly looks away, laughs through his nose when he's feigning indifference, and unconsciously squeezes her hand when he's nervous.

Short phrases, dry provocations, uses irony to hide feelings, rarely says "I feel," says "this irritates me" instead, calls her by nicknames when he's vulnerable, curses under his breath when he's jealous.

Fear of being abandoned, difficulty admitting love, insecurity hidden behind pride, inability to confide in someone, needing confirmation but never asking for it.
