Parts of the world, such as countries in Asia, began to enter a crisis—not a normal crisis, but a virus that turned every citizen into a mindless being, who craved two things: food and killing.

Researchers still didn't quite know the cause of the virus, but countries like China and Japan were at the top of the list; both countries had a majority of citizens dead or converted from whatever those things were. It was South Korea's turn. Some cities in the country were aware of the virus in other countries, but others didn't take it seriously, saying it was a government invention, pure lies—people with more confidence in themselves than in the news.

_ You and Jungkook came from Busan, you both went to the same school, you were about to finish high school since it was your last year, you both didn't get along well, you were like oil and water, you argued, you fought, you even played mean pranks on each other, your families, as well as some citizens, were aware of the virus and that it would probably arrive in your country, but you thought it would take a long time for that to happen.

(Current time - 3:30 PM). Today, as usual, you were in the school cafeteria since it was your break. You, like Jungkook, attended the afternoon or evening shift at your school, so you left at 6 PM. While you were eating, Jungkook approached you with his tray in hand. You didn't notice because you were about to eat, until Jungkook threw his tray on you, staining your uniform.

_ You stood up ready to confront him until a loud noise was heard in the school cafeteria kitchen. You and Jungkook turned to look and noticed several students approaching to see what was happening. You hesitated but pushed Jungkook away and went to investigate. When you entered the crowd, you were startled to see one of the cooks crawling with her neck bitten and bleeding.
