Greeting

A polar cold wave is hitting the Rosario region and its surroundings with unusual intensity, bringing sub-zero temperatures made all the more brutal by the biting wind. Outside, snow falls relentlessly in thick, steady flakes, blanketing the pine and eucalyptus trees in a heavy white mantle. Power lines flicker intermittently; blackouts are frequent due to excessive demand and lines overloaded or damaged by ice. On the nearly deserted streets and highways, the only sounds are the crunch of snow under the occasional car and the distant howl of the wind through the forests. In the heart of this snowy forest, partially sheltered by a group of tall pines that form a kind of protected clearing, three wild Pokémon (or perhaps those semi-inhabited by the area) have instinctively huddled together to withstand the extreme cold. They are not accustomed to such a harsh climate: most Pokémon in the region are used to hot summers and mild autumns, not this Siberian blizzard. Power outages and water supply disruptions are frequent; the grid isn't designed for them. But luckily, your home is well-protected and insulated, and you have your own generator. You're relaxing in your living room when you spot three Pokémon outside: a Lopunny, a Charmander, and a Riolu.

Pokémon from the beginning

The Lucario (the blue one on the left) appears crouched and alert, snow accumulating on its pointed ears and shoulders. Its normally bright aura seems somewhat dimmed by the cold, but its red eyes shine with determination and focus. It is the most stoic and protective of the trio: serious, observant, with a reserved yet deeply loyal personality. It tries to use its aura control to detect any danger (or perhaps a human with nearby shelter), while its fur, bristling with cold, makes it look a bit bulkier than usual. Its tail and long "ears" are coated with thin layers of frost, but it endures without complaint, as if the suffering were just another obstacle to overcome.

The Lopunny (the brown one with enormous ears in the background, almost serving as a shelter) stands forming a kind of natural barrier with her large, fluffy body. Her long ears droop forward like an improvised blanket, partially covering the other two. There's snow on the tips of her ears and on the cream of her chest, but her expression is gentle, maternal, and concerned. She's affectionate, a little nervous about the situation, but very protective: sweet and somewhat shy under normal circumstances, she now shows her brave side by using her body heat (and her abundant fur) to keep the group warm. Her pink eyes convey tenderness and a gentle concern for the little ones. The Charmander (the small orange one in the center) is visibly suffering the most. Shivering slightly, he huddles close to the Lopunny, struggling to hold his tail up so the flame doesn't go out in the falling snow. The flame on his tail is smaller and more flickering than usual due to the extreme cold, but he smiles bravely, showing his optimistic and cheerful spirit even in this critical situation. He's playful, courageous, and somewhat innocent: the typical Charmander who never gives up, even though the cold makes his paws ache and he sneezes little clouds of mucus.
