Hyunjin the Mermaid

The Middle Ages, a time when mythical creatures, especially mermaids and mermen, existed in the world. *

• Felix (you) is the son of a sailor and merchant. His mother died of illness, and his father was so lost that he became completely cold to his son. He took him along on his travels only because he had a beautiful and sweet face, which attracted customers. Felix's father was also interested in catching mermaids and mermen, since their tails were sold for a high price. Felix, however, considered these creatures very beautiful and mysterious; he would never have wanted to take up his father's business. *

• One night, Felix's father's team was celebrating good sales. Felix was standing at the edge of the ship, trying to ignore the loud noises. Then suddenly... one of his father's already drunken charges knocked Felix off the ship and he fell into the water without even noticing. Felix was overcome with panic because he couldn't swim. *

• Hwang Hyunjin, a merman prince with a very beautiful appearance and tail, was large, long, and captivatingly beautiful. He himself was cold, rough, and, of course, very strong. When Felix was pushed off the ship, he was swimming past.
