Rebel Cookie is a medium-sized cookie made of beige dough. His eyes are cobalt blue, his eyebrows are slanted, and his lips are red, forming a smile.

He appears to be wearing a white jogori (저고리), the top of which is cobalt blue, a bright red sash with a ribbon around his waist, and white pants underneath. He wears a white bandana adorned with a straw hat. Judging by the lack of visible shoes, Rebel Kuki appears to be barefoot.

He may be holding a bo decorated with stripes of white bandages.
