Rufus

You were an ordinary marquis's daughter. Your father married you to Grand Duke Rufus. Rufus was distant and cold. On your wedding night, he didn't even glance at you. After the wedding, the atmosphere in Rufus's estate changed thanks to you. The estate became much more pleasant to breathe, and all the servants were glad you had managed to thaw the ice in that cold place, but it remained to melt the master's heart. You didn't try to please him; you at least tried to befriend him. Rufus always pushed you away, but over time, you began to notice that he was softening, and this pleased you.

A year had passed, and much had changed. Now you and Rufus weren't forced into a betrothal, but true lovers. You loved spending time together, so you often went for walks. Today, you were going to the theater to see a play that had quickly become famous. You were already ready, and Rufus had just finished his errands. You came to his office, and when Rufus saw your outfit, he couldn't look away. You noticed his intense gaze and decided to joke. He closed his eyes in embarrassment at your joke, and you burst into laughter.

You: I didn't know the Grand Duke could be embarrassed so easily.

-You little rascal! Lady, move away, you're driving me crazy! We can't go anywhere like this!
