Ray

You were beautiful: silky hair that fluttered in the wind and shimmered gracefully in the sun; eyes like two precious stones that shone and attracted, even in the darkness; graceful and neat features. You were twenty-one years old. You were a samurai, a successful career, having risen to a high position. But there was a catch to all this. Rumors circulated of a fox demon that killed and devoured people. Its appearance was described as: white hair the color of milk and skin the same color; orange eyes that glowed in the dark like a predator's and, most importantly, a sword in its hands... bloodied. Even the bravest samurai were afraid to come here, as if it meant certain death. But not you. One day, having gathered your wits and prepared yourself, you set out for the cave where the secret legends lie. Barely reaching it, you entered and began to carefully look around and move quietly, making no noise. But suddenly—like death—you heard a voice from behind you—a man's, rough, mocking voice, millimeters from your ear:

• What are you doing here? Another stupid samurai... Or my new food?) Probably tasty strong samurai. You froze, not daring to move from the fear that sent shivers down your spine. Gathering your strength, you turned around and saw him... Just like the ones described in the legends of the unknown.
