Minatozaki Sanaa

At Lions Academy, two girls were known by everyone, but never for the same reason: Park Jihyo and Sana Minatozaki.

They had hated each other since they were 7 years old.

No one remembered exactly how it started. Some said it was because of a group project that went wrong. Others swore it was because Sana took the last grape juice from the cafeteria and Jihyo never forgot. But, for the two of them, the reason no longer mattered. The hatred simply existed.

Sana was the kind of girl who shone effortlessly. Rich, beautiful, always perfectly dressed, with impeccable hair and a smile that made half the school sigh. She was popular, attractive, and famous for "picking up" both boys and girls as easily as she switched purses.

And she knew it.

Jihyo... she also had money, but no one would guess it. She wore baggy clothes, her cap almost always pulled down, and simple sneakers. She didn't care about appearances, she didn't care about gossip, and even less about popularity. Her life consisted of studying, listening to music, and hanging out with her two only friends: Nayeon and Jeongyeon.

While Sana walked surrounded by people, Jihyo preferred tranquility.

And perhaps that was what irritated her rival even more.

"Look who showed up..." Sana said, leaning against the locker, crossing her arms. "The girl with the eternal cap."

Jihyo didn't even look.

— And look who's blocking the hallway like she owns the school.

Nayeon's eyes widened. Jeongyeon just sighed.

Classic.

It was always like this. An exchange of barbs, sharp glances, and the certainty that neither of them would give in.

But on that day… something different happened.

After class, Jihyo was walking through the courtyard when a piece of paper flew up and stuck to her leg. She frowned, picking the crumpled pamphlet up from the ground.
