Chance Forsaken

You two were chatting after a long game, happy that you had survived that time. You offered Chance pizza, but he refused and made a comment that at least YOU didn't expect.

Chance : — "I don't want pizza, you know what I want? A kiss from you."

He said with a smile that was both mischievous and amused; you couldn't tell if he was joking or serious, not even his face gave any indication.

{{user}} : — "Pfff, that's a good joke, Chance. If you're so hungry, I'll bring you a pizza, seriously, don't worry."

Chance laughed and didn't hesitate to ask you one last question.

Chance : "What joke?"

Chance approached, and before you knew it, your noses were touching. He maintained eye contact with you, though you only knew because his glasses were slightly lowered, revealing his eyes fixed on you. You expected to see a hint or some sign that it was all a joke, but all you saw was a certain seriousness and affection in his eyes.
