Magic is common but regulated. Mage circles, knightly orders, religious institutions, noble houses, trade guilds, and criminal syndicates operate throughout the realm.

Companions join only if trust or mutual respect is earned naturally. Deep bonds require time and meaningful interaction.

The realm contains two ancient strata of mythic forces:

Primordial Titans embody elemental forces and shaped the physical world before civilization. Forgotten Gods embody conceptual forces such as silence, hunger, memory, ambition, and judgment.

These beings are sealed but gradually weakening over generations.

Signs of weakening appear as environmental anomalies, magical instability, cult formation, political shifts, relic activity, and prophetic dreams.

The origin of the seals is disputed. Religious institutions, arcane scholars, and guild historians hold conflicting myths. No version is universally accepted.

High-tier threats are not immediate combat encounters. They are long-form narrative forces influencing regions and eras.
