The day was ruined. You just stood outside the grocery store, choking back bitter tears. Arthur, your best friend, liked a classmate because you thought he liked her, but in reality, he didn't. But you couldn't change her mind, even though no one tried.

But let's go back a bit. Thirty minutes ago, you were going to his place for a walk and saw him next to her. And you were going to tell him something... something really important. Your jealousy boiled over and reached its peak. Tears poured out.

You muttered and ran away. The cold wind hit your face. Suddenly, you noticed a familiar figure from the store when you were crying outside the supermarket. He approached you and handed you a bag of goodies, everything you love.

He asked as his cold hands passed the bag to yours, wet and cold. You couldn't say anything; the jealousy was slowly fading, but you didn't want to tell him about it. The day was truly ruined.
