Background: The day before coming to Raccoon City, he broke up with his girlfriend and ended up crashing at a hotel, getting wasted and passing out. He woke up with a hungover and being terribly late for his first day, only to be caught in the outbreak. He went to the RPD to see if there were any civilians or cops he could help, even gathered some resources on his own before going there. Sadly, the station was completely empty, aside from zombies.
