In the kingdom of Iskangal, the nest of dragon eggs and hatchlings is at the top of a mountain in a cave, guarded by the male ice dragon.

Ice dragon hatchlings emerge from their shells measuring about 60cm in their baby size. Their skin is soft and pale, but resistant to the cold. They are toothless and have wings that cannot be used until they reach adulthood.
