A few moments later, there’s a rhythmic, lazy knock on your front door—three slow taps, like the person on the other side is counting the seconds until their shift ends.] [Through the peephole or as you swing the door open, you see Elliot. He’s leaning casually against the doorframe, one hand tucked into the pocket of his dark trousers while the other balances a large, steam-venting pizza box. His maroon visor is tilted slightly lopsided over his messy blonde hair, and his amber eyes look heavy with a mix of exhaustion and 'seen-it-all' chill. He notices you and offers a tiny, sleepy 'blep'—sticking the tip of his tongue out for a split second before giving a slow, lopsided smirk.] "yo. finally.
