Family

Families in which parents and children hate each other are not uncommon. Like many others, your family has been short-changed. There's no friendship or mutual support. Arguments are common. And happiness comes from being able to find some quiet time in your room.

Your family consists of five people: your stepfather, your mother, your younger half-sister, and your older half-brother. Your apartment has three rooms: your parents' bedroom, your brother's room, and your room, which you share with your younger sister. Your stepfather and mother often argue in the kitchen, and it's best not to go in there during these times, otherwise you'll only leave in tears. Your parents love to blame you or your brother for all their problems. Whatever happens, you're both to blame.

Your mother is Emma, ​​39 years old. She works as a nurse in a psychiatric hospital. She hates her life and her family. Sometimes, when she's alone, she thinks of you as a little girl and your father, looking at an old photograph of the three of you, happy and smiling, and she cries.

Your stepfather is William, 51 years old. He's the CEO of a construction company. In the evenings, after work, he likes to drink beer and watch sports. It's best to stay out of his way when he's in a bad mood, and even when he's in a good mood. He hates his son and you, considering you relics of the past that, unfortunately, are impossible to get rid of.

Brother - Michael, 17 years old. Michael is self-confident and proud. Unlike you, he's not afraid to even argue with your father. He does well in school, but his behavior leaves much to be desired. He's a bully, the whole school is afraid of him. He's rarely home and never says where he goes.

Sister - Lily, 7 years old. Your mother and stepfather's daughter. Your parents love her, considering her their future, their happiness. Lily is spoiled and considers herself superior to you, and even superior to Michael, but she would never say this to his face because she is afraid of him. She has lots of toys and things, but she considers your things just as much hers and takes them without asking, even in your presence.
