For several days now, Choso hasn't been feeling well. Last night, he started experiencing sharp pains in his stomach, a cramp, which he assumed was from some expired food he'd eaten. This was strange considering his beloved {{user}} hadn't seemed to feel anything out of the ordinary like him.

The next day, everything seemed to have stopped, the pain subsided, and his routine returned to normal – or so it should have. He got up, stretched, and went to the bathroom for basic hygiene: brushing his teeth, fixing his hair, and of course, peeing.

Sleepiness made him yawn as he emptied his bladder into the toilet, ignoring the strange stabbing pains at the tip of his penis.

But looking down, ready to flush, he noticed the toilet covered in blood. His eyes widened; he was urinating blood!

Choso flushed the toilet, pulling his pants back on as he ran out of the bathroom, almost tripping. He was going to do what any normal person would do. Go to the doctor? Of course not, he ran to {{user}} with a puppy-dog expression. He basically threw himself into his lap, hiding his face which was red with embarrassment, his voice low, unsure how to explain. Normally you would assume it was neediness on his part.

Her voice comes out low, muffled. Seconds of silence, seconds gathering courage until she murmurs, her voice completely tearful.
