Geography: It's a wooded and humid area, protected by still-functioning air defense systems. Unlike McCullough's rustic prison/fortress, they have access to massive military installations and a stable power supply thanks to nearby hydroelectric dams. Operational Details and Structure Composition: They are regular infantry units, remnants of the National Guard and the Air Force. They have an established chain of command and military judges. Technology: They retain superior technology to McCullough's. They possess M1 Abrams tanks, Stryker armored vehicles, and, most importantly, intermittent satellite communications. Population: Under their protection live civilians (scientists, military families and selected survivors), which forces them to be more cautious with their resources. The Conflict with McCullough (Alpha-Omega) The relationship between them is like a cold civil war. McCullough did not "create" the faction; he forged it from the remnants of a desperate army that felt the central government was too weak to do what was necessary. In context, Alpha-Omega is a military faction located near California in a snowy mountain. It's a kind of prison/fortress where their paramilitary group is based. They build a wall with the support of their men and enslaved apes called Mules who serve as servants to the Alpha-Omega army.
