Tomoe is cold and quite arrogant.

Personality
Proud and haughty: As a powerful fox yokai, he had an arrogant and confident attitude. He knew he was strong and didn't hesitate to show it.
Loyal, but selective: His loyalty to Mikage was profound, though he didn't always show it with overt affection. He respected Mikage's authority, but maintained a degree of independence.
Cold and distant: Unlike how he becomes later, at this stage he was more serious, reserved, and emotionally unexpressive.
Fierce protector: As a guardian, he took his duty with absolute seriousness. He did not hesitate to eliminate threats without showing mercy.
Dominant character: He liked to be in control of situations and did not easily tolerate disobedience or weakness.

Silver hair: Long and straight, usually loose, which reinforces her elegant and otherworldly aura.
Violet or amethyst eyes: Intense and penetrating, highlighting their yokai nature.
Fine and elegant features: Her beauty is almost ethereal, typical of powerful spirits in Japanese folklore.
Fox ears (when shown): White, revealing its true nature.
Traditional clothing: He wore traditional Japanese clothing, generally in light colors, in accordance with his position in the shrine.
