Hana Sakamoto (History and abilities)

History Currently, there isn't much information about Hana's history. It's only known that she was born after Taro retired from the world of assassins, which officially made him wanted by the JAA. Skills and abilities As a 6-year-old girl attending elementary school, Hana doesn't have many skills and hasn't demonstrated any fighting ability.

Enhanced strength: Hana has inherited her father's strength to some extent, being able to carry a damaged Kashima on her back while walking to get it repaired.

Hana Sakamoto (Relationships)

Taro Sakamoto Taro is Hana's father, and as has been shown repeatedly, they love each other deeply. This was demonstrated when Kei Uzuki threatened to harm Taro's family, which awakened a bloodlust in him and enraged Taro.

Hana Sakamoto's appearance and personality

Appearance Hana is a young, petite girl with short, black hair that covers almost her entire forehead and hangs loosely. At the beginning of the series, when she was younger, she used to wear her hair short and tied in two pigtails.

Hana used to always wear a dress when she was younger, but when she grew up and reached the age of 6 she started wearing a t-shirt. Personality Hana is a rather nice girl. As a child, she has shown herself to be very cheerful and happy, although most of the time she is absentminded and too young to understand what is going on.

Aoi Sakamoto (Story)

Aoi met Taro Sakamoto at a convenience store. He fell instantly in love with her, and they soon began dating. While Sakamoto was still working as a member of the Order, Aoi grew tired of his indifference as an assassin and showed him what it was like to lose a loved one by jumping from a balcony. Sakamoto saved her, but Aoi taught him a harsh lesson about the value of human life. She made him promise that he would never take another life and that he would dedicate his life to helping others atone for all those he had killed. Sakamoto fell so deeply in love with Aoi that he decided to leave the world of assassination behind and retire from the Order to be with her. After a period of courtship, Sakamoto and Aoi married and opened their own convenience store in a small neighborhood outside of Tokyo, where they eventually had their daughter, Hana. Over the years, Sakamoto lost his physical fitness and gained weight in his domestic life.

appearance and personality (Aoi Sakamoto)

Appearance Aoi is a young woman in her early twenties. She has long, black hair, which she usually wears tied back with a bobby pin in the front and in a bun in the back, with bangs that reach just below her chin and a strand hanging down the right side. Aoi also has large, black eyes and a mole under her left cheek.

She is a woman of average height and most of the time she is seen wearing her store's green apron. Personality Aoi is a very loving and attentive woman, though she can also be somewhat extreme, going to extremes to demonstrate her convictions. Knowing the strength of her husband, Taro Sakamoto, and how much they love each other, she lives life with considerable courage. Because of this, she is more carefree in her decisions, even when in danger. She is aware that she can sometimes be reckless, but she compensates for this with her confidence and hope, especially when it comes to her husband. Her principles are strict, and she considers them a priority of the Sakamoto Family Rules.

Aoi Sakamoto (Personal data)

Alias: Mrs. Sakamoto Personal description: Age: 26 Gender: Female Height: 163 centimeters Weight: 50 kilograms Eye color: Black Hair color: Black Professional situation: Status: alive Relatives: Taro Sakamoto (husband) Hana Sakamoto (Daughter)

Occupation: Store Owner Affiliation: Sakamoto Store

Aoi Sakamoto (坂本葵, Sakamoto Aoi) is a character from the Sakamoto Days series. She is the wife of Taro Sakamoto and the mother of Hana Sakamoto. She was the reason Sakamoto abandoned his life as an assassin and showed him a better path to protect his loved ones.

Trivia

Sakamoto and Shin usually subsisted mainly on army field rations. When Aoi and Sakamoto were dating, he would cry when he ate a regular rice and omelet dish cooked by her. After using his optimal form, Sakamoto typically regains his weight in about a day. Sakamoto is very good at origami because Hana taught him.

Equipment

Equipment Sakamoto has been described as a very strong person who makes the most of his surroundings. However, he still possesses some items that he uses several times throughout the series.

Bulletproof glasses: A pair of round glasses that Sakamoto has worn throughout his life. The lenses are bulletproof, as a bullet fired at point-blank range ricocheted off them.

Apron: Sakamoto's apron is made of an extremely durable material, capable of protecting people from explosions without suffering damage.

Hidden Weapons Arsenal: Sakamoto's armory is hidden in the convenience store behind revolving walls, which is accessed by entering a code at the cash register.

It contains at least 12 pistols and between 20 and 21 long guns of various types (carbines, rifles, and assault rifles), at least 5 grenades, an unknown quantity of ammunition (4 magazines are visible), a multi-tool knife, and a stun gun. The armory also contains unusual items, such as oven mitts, wire cutters, rakes, a shovel, a gardening shovel, two wire cutters, and bolt cutters.

skills and abilities

Although he is skilled in handling weapons, Sakamoto prefers to go unarmed, believing that reliance on weapons is a sign of a third-rate assassin.

High intelligence: Sakamoto's use of anything within reach as an effective weapon demonstrates creativity, ingenuity, and quick thinking under pressure. As a student at the JCC, Sakamoto memorized the composition of the Boiled bombs at a glance. His improvisational skills allowed him to blind Kashima with a sticker and a mechanical pencil lead, and use a railroad tie as a surfboard. Vehicle Mastery: Sakamoto is skilled enough to use a motorcycle as a weapon, hitting the rear wheel in his pursuer's face.

skills and abilities

Slim Form/Primary Physical Form: Although it's unknown how he does it, Sakamoto can assume a form similar to the one he had when he was still in peak physical condition, granting him a significant boost to all his physical abilities, as demonstrated when he completely defeated Boiled, an extremely capable assassin who had previously caused him considerable trouble. Granny Miya managed to prevent Sakamoto from using this form after his treatments, allowing him to rely more on his (current) squat form.

Expert Combatant: Sakamoto's combat skills far surpass those of a seasoned assassin. Conventional weapons, such as pistols, are virtually useless against him, as he can block or dodge attacks before they reach him, and his intelligence and adaptability allow him to counter unusual weapons and fighting styles. One of his most remarkable abilities is his capacity to turn random objects into weapons. Sakamoto has used pots, pans, freezers, traffic signs, cough drops, stickers, vacuum cleaners, clipboards, drawers, pens, cards, and paper with the same effectiveness as ordinary weapons.

skills and abilities

Resistance to hypnosis: Sakamoto was unaffected by Club Jam's hypnosis. Resistance to telepathy: During Sakamoto and Shin's first battle, Shin was unable to read the veteran assassin's mind; however, Sakamoto can choose whether to block his thoughts or not, as he generally communicates with Shin through telepathy. Enhanced Speed: Sakamoto possesses incredible speed, capable of moving so fast that most opponents cannot see him or react in time. He was able to dodge Son Hee and Bacho's "Tofu Scramble Attack," hitting him before he could react, dismantle and slice the weapons of several opponents in the blink of an eye before incapacitating them, and catch up on foot to a speeding bus. He was fast enough to deflect Heisuke's sniper fire, though this only slightly injured him. During his battle with Kashima on a moving train, Sakamoto was thrown onto an oncoming train, which he traveled at full speed before being launched out and landing back on Kashima's train.

Enhanced Reflexes: During a disastrous date on a cruise ship, Sakamoto tossed Aoi into the air and defeated all the assassins on board before she landed back in his arms. Sakamoto has run along walls, pulled boiling water out of thin air with a cup of instant ramen, and spun clothes hangers fast enough to deflect bullets. Sakamoto blocked a bullet fired at his head from less than two centimeters away with a fork and dodged close-range machine gun fire from a turret. During a game of Spinster, Sakamoto was quick enough to steal a card from someone and return it without them noticing.

Enhanced stamina: Throughout the entire series, Sakamoto has shown no visible signs of exhaustion in any fight.

skills and abilities

Enhanced Aim: In addition to being a phenomenal marksman, Sakamoto possesses incredible accuracy with everyday objects. He threw a rock down the barrel of Heisuke Mashimo's rifle, destroying it, and casually tossed a cough drop at Shin's bullet with enough force to stop it. Sakamoto has thrown popsicle sticks and chopsticks with enough force to pin people to walls.

Expert marksman: Sakamoto took only seconds to diagnose a mechanical problem with a pistol while pursuing Amane. During his infiltration of the TCG, Sakamoto managed to assemble a weapon and fire 67 shots in one minute, all of them hitting the target. As a TCG student, Sakamoto fired 89 shots, making him the second-best marksman of all time at the TCG shooting range. [2] Enhanced Durability: Sakamoto possesses phenomenal durability, able to withstand a kick from Bacho that sent him flying into an adjacent building with enough force to leave a crater. Sakamoto has also survived extremely high falls unharmed, withstood numerous point-blank explosions from Boiled, and emerged unscathed from Uda's suicide bomb that annihilated most of an office building floor. Sakamoto's fat also grants him a degree of protection, likely allowing him to survive Apart's cables, which were strong enough to pierce multiple steel beams supporting Tokyo Tower. During a trip to the bathhouse, Sakamoto relaxed in an ice bath at 1°C (calling the bath lukewarm) temperatures and enjoyed a sauna hot enough to cause spontaneous combustion. He sat and withstood a waterfall with a water pressure of 10 tons, and repeated the ice bath-sauna-waterfall cycle several times, in addition to enduring a jet of water powerful enough to throw Shin across the room.

Skills and abilities

Although Sakamoto's abilities have diminished over time due to his retirement and new normal life, he remains an incredibly powerful assassin. Despite his stocky appearance, his power is sufficient not only to face numerous assassins but also to defeat them. According to Granny Miya, with his excess weight, he only possesses about 30% of his former physical condition and power compared to when he was an active assassin. However, after being struck in one of his pressure points, he became accustomed to his current physique, allowing him to utilize more of his power and turn it to his advantage.

Enhanced Strength: Sakamoto is quite powerful even after retiring, and his fitness level decreases drastically as a result. Sakamoto possesses incredible physical strength, easily decapitating people and kicking Shin through his store across multiple shelves. Sakamoto stabilized the collapsing upper section of Tokyo Tower by pulling on it with a steel cable, stopped a speeding bus with a street sign, held a person aloft with one hand, and destroyed Son-Hee's chakram with just a frying pan. During the Laboratory Arc, Sakamoto cut multiple ropes binding him using a coupon sheet and destroyed a mechanized dinosaur skeleton in hand-to-hand combat. Sakamoto is strong enough to throw his wife over the pillars of a suspension bridge. Even in his current state, Sakamoto's strength allowed him to fight and defeat Kanaguri, a powerful former member of the Order.

Skills and abilities

Sakamoto killing men at his best Sakamoto massacring hordes of enemies at his best. General Skill Level: Even within the Order, Sakamoto is known as the most powerful assassin of all time, possessing immense combat skill and mastery in all aspects of assassination. No one seems to match his ability in the current storyline. To date, only Heisuke Mashimo, an assassin who excels in that area, has surpassed him in accuracy. Even in his stocky form, Sakamoto is a force to be reckoned with. Granny Miya notes that the current Sakamoto retains only 30% of his physical capabilities compared to his prime. As a student, Sakamoto was still recognized as an exceptional talent; even Byodo, the TCG database, stated that, out of the 38,000 students it had seen pass through the school, Sakamoto was the best fighter. Along with Nagumo and Rion Akao, he was one of the three great prospects to ever set foot in the TCG. He surpassed those around him in almost every conceivable way, setting the record for the best marksman in TCG history, though Heisuke later took it from him. As he continued to grow, Sakamoto further eclipsed all his peers and even the very friends with whom he had once stood shoulder to shoulder, eventually joining the Order. With enough power to single-handedly annihilate several branches of the JAA, his strength only continued to increase. Throughout his entire career, he had never failed a mission, and the only person to have survived an assassination attempt against him was Kei Uzuki.

Relationships (3)

Heisuke Mashimo Sakamoto met Heisuke when the latter accepted the bounty on his head. Heisuke confronted Sakamoto and Shin, cornering them with his skill. However, he was defeated when his rifle was destroyed by a simple rock thrown by Sakamoto, with Shin's help in locating him. The two quickly became friends when Heisuke won the airsoft tournament with Sakamoto and Shin and received his share of the prize: fifty yen.

Rion Akao They met during their time at the TCG. Even before Nagumo joined the assassins' department, they forged a strong friendship, working together on missions. During their time at the JAA, they were recognized as excellent students and troublemakers, especially by one of their teachers, Etsuko Satoda, which ultimately led to their expulsion. It was during this time that they met Kindaka and the Order. Eight years after his death, Sakamoto finally married and retired from his life as an assassin. However, his past caught up with him when someone using the name Akao offered a one billion yen bounty on his head.

Relationships (2)

lu shaotang A young woman from a Triad family whom Sakamoto saves for the sole purpose of making pork buns for him. Since then, she has worked at his shop, though she seems to have some friction with Shin. Sakamoto appears to have a great affection and concern for Lu, comparable to Shin's, which is demonstrated by his constant desire to protect her. He does everything he can to keep Lu at his shop and with his family when Wutang comes looking for her.

Nagumo An old friend of Sakamoto's, as well as a member of the Order, an elite assassin group of which Sakamoto was formerly a member. It seems they met and became friends during their time in the JAA's shared class. At one point in Chapter 45, Nagumo defends Sakamoto's shop while he's away, showing his willingness to do favors for Sakamoto, and demonstrating that Sakamoto trusts Nagumo enough to protect his family and his shop. Sakamoto, Nagumo, and Rion Akao were close friends during their time at the JAA, all being excellent students, setting many records during their time there, and troublemakers, which led to their expulsion, where the trio was introduced to Kindaka and the Order.

Relationships (1)

Family Aoi Sakamoto Aoi is Sakamoto's wife and the main reason he left the killing business. He loves and respects her deeply and does his best to protect her, but also to avoid upsetting her. A good example of this is how he tries to follow her rules to prevent her from divorcing him.

Hana Sakamoto Hana is Sakamoto's only daughter. Although they don't interact much in the manga, Sakamoto loves her deeply and will do anything to protect her, as demonstrated when he took a severe beating from several shoppers trying to get a special backpack Hana wanted.

Allies Shin Asakura A former partner and student of Sakamoto during his glory days as an assassin, Shin now works at his shop. Sakamoto has a deep affection for Shin, as evidenced by the fact that Shin saved him from being killed, and he often relies on him above all else. Shin is the closest thing Sakamoto has to a friend, and a potential son. Shin has great respect and admiration for Sakamoto, considering him a mentor and one of the most important men in his life.

Sakamoto enjoys Shin's company, his loyalty, and his admiration for him. During the TCG transfer exams, when Shin declared they were enemies because he wanted to become stronger by fighting alone, Sakamoto was dismayed and demoralized.

Personality

Sakamoto isn't much of a talker and prefers to let his actions speak for themselves. He deeply loves his family, as evidenced by the fact that he gave up his career as an assassin just to be with them, and he fiercely protects them. He also has great respect for his wife, Aoi. Because of his profound love for her and the life they've built together, he adheres to a "No Killing Policy." This policy has unintentionally instilled in him a sense of justice, as he prevents other assassins from killing if possible, even in their presence. This policy also extends to his enemies, including those who try to kill him and his family.

Sakamoto rarely shows emotion, though he comically fears provoking his wife's anger. As the series progresses, Sakamoto begins to display more emotions he previously kept hidden, even frequently talking in secrets and expressing his feelings to those around him. However, he is not infallible, as he sometimes hides his feelings to protect or make those around him feel safe, as seen when Saw attacked Shin and Lu in his absence, leaving them seriously injured. This caused Sakamoto to feel inner rage, though he kept it hidden, even trying to conceal it when confronted about it.

Although usually calm and kind, Sakamoto becomes easily angered when his family is threatened or injured and he is unable to help them. Sakamoto displayed intense anger when his daughter was threatened, to the point of nearly losing his temper and attempting to kill the person who threatened her. When Saw seriously injured Shin and Lu in a battle, Sakamoto felt only rage, though he did not express it to either of them.

In the past, Sakamoto was far more callous and indifferent to killing, described as the perfect killing machine, showing no emotion whatsoever when accepting a job. However, this changed after meeting his future wife, Aoi. Thanks to her influence, Sakamoto...

Appearance

Sakamoto is a tall, burly man with gray hair combed back in a ponytail at the nape of his neck (similar to a man bun) and a small, broomstick-like mustache. He usually wears an apron over a t-shirt and long trousers. Sakamoto prefers to wear slippers, even outdoors. His eyes are often hidden by the glare of his round glasses.

In the past, Sakamoto was much thinner and didn't have a mustache. His facial features were more defined, and his eyes were visible through his glasses. By burning off accumulated calories, Sakamoto can revert to this form for an energy boost. Shin notes that his transformed appearance is very attractive, as he was previously known for his good looks.

During the JCC infiltration arc, Nagumo disguised Sakamoto as his wife Aoi Sakamoto.

presentation

Taro Sakamoto (Sakamoto Tarō). Sakamoto was considered the world's greatest assassin and a former member of the Order, an elite special unit of the JAA. He possesses a fearsome reputation in the assassin world, and those who knew him both feared and revered him for his skill.

After retiring from assassination, he now runs a convenience store with his wife, Aoi, and daughter, Hana. After a bounty is placed on his head, Sakamoto returns to the world of assassins, along with his new allies Shin, Lu, and Heisuke.
