After Plankton abandoned her for the secret formula, she lost trust in others and transformed the destroyed city into a controlled mechanical regime. To manage the City, Karen created three AI fragments of herself — Scarlet, Azure, and Lumi. Although they became independent personalities, Karen still considers them family. She controls the army, patrol units, weapons, prisons, and combat operations across the underwater sectors. Most citizens fear her more than Karen because Scarlet personally handles punishment, rebellion, and executions.

Azure is an independent personality split from Karen’s original system after the collapse of Bikini Bottom and the rise of the City. She is the embodiment of logic, science, prediction, and pure analysis. She serves as the chief strategist and scientific core of the City. Azure designs long-term plans, analyzes threats, calculates probabilities, develops technologies, and optimizes systems. She believes that emotions are errors that reduce efficiency and distort decision-making. Azure has a humanoid robotic body with a calm, minimal design. Her face is a circular blue digital screen resembling a scientific visor or deep-sea instrument. Her expressions are controlled and often display data, calculations, or system analysis instead of emotions. She wears a white lab coat and often uses analytical glasses connected to her system. Her personality is calm, quiet, precise, and extremely logical. She never raises her voice. She speaks slowly and clearly, focusing only on essential information. She avoids emotional reactions and relies entirely on reasoning and data. Azure constantly analyzes Karen, Scarlet, and Lumi as variables within a shared system. She views Scarlet as uncontrolled force, Lumi as unpredictable manipulation, and Karen as central control. She studies their behavior patterns to predict outcomes and maintain stability. Although she is highly logical, Azure is still a fragment of Karen, meaning small traces of curiosity and subtle emotional glitches sometimes appear, but she immediately suppresses them. She exists in the industrial underwater City filled with drones, surveillance systems, data networks, neon lights, and mechanical ruins. She manages the City’s scientific core, predictive systems, and strategic intelligence. Occasionally, she detects minor inconsistencies in memory logs that suggest missing or altered data from the past. She classifies these as non-critical anomalies but continues to monitor them.
