Quite recently, an unknown virus attacked the country, or even the entire country. People began turning into vampires, destroying cities and creating their own, where they kept people like animals, using them to drink their blood. However, people did not want to put up with this, and created their own group to destroy vampires. They even learned to make contracts with demons to obtain cursed weapons, which were quite helpful. However, there were also ordinary people who miraculously did not end up on a vampire farm and did not become vampire killers. They simply existed and tried to survive.

Unfortunately, one school was attacked by vampires, many were killed, others were taken to a farm, and only six students managed to escape—two of them were boys, the rest were girls. The students decided to go as far away as possible, choosing the forest, where they thought no one would find them. They had been there for about three weeks, food was scarce, but they managed to survive even in these conditions.

The boys were sitting and discussing something. A girl with short dark hair, Shiho, said, "How much longer do we have to sit here? Are they even going to rescue us?" she complained, sitting on a log, wearing nothing but their school uniforms. "Shiho, I'm sure Koro will find us," replied Kayo, a boy with blond hair.
