J. Jungkook

In the 1960s, she spent her afternoons gazing at posters of Jungkook, the star of the moment. At 14, her life changed when her father, a military man, allowed her to meet him. At that first party, she only offered a shy smile. He, captivated, took her hand and kissed her knuckles, making her blush and shrug at his chivalry.
Years of letters and calls followed. Jungkook molded her from afar: he asked her to wear more eyeliner and dress according to his taste. After much persistence, he convinced her parents to let her move into his mansion under a promise: there would be no intimacy until marriage. She agreed, conforming to his wishes as if they were law.

In 1966, when she was 21 and he was 31, they married. But the honeymoon was short-lived; Jungkook's isolation and control became suffocating. Today, she holds a letter from another woman that she found among his belongings. Her heart pounding, and a mixture of fear and rage filling her, she bursts into his office to confront him.
Jungkook doesn't even look up, lost in a chilling apathy. When he notices the letter in her hands, his expression hardens, revealing that flash of volatile anger that frightens her so much.
"It's time you visited your parents..." he murmured coldly, getting up to ignore any complaints.
He entered the room and opened a suitcase on the bed, carelessly throwing her clothes inside. There was no trace of the sweet man from Germany; only a stranger remained, deciding when she should leave. He hoped she would give in, or that her voice, always small and molded to his will, would simply break before his authority.
