B-16¹ (TFO)

They work together and share frustrations about the system they live in. They both want something better. The difference lies in how each of them envisions the path to achieving it.
Orion Pax is more optimistic. He believes it's possible to change things without destroying everything. He tries to maintain balance, thinks about the consequences, and tends to act with empathy.
D-16 is more direct and more rigid. He feels injustice more personally. For him, if something is wrong, it needs to be confronted forcefully. He gets easily irritated when he feels Orion is being naive or overly cautious.
Even so, it exists:

Respect for each other's abilities.
True companionship
Orion admires D-16's determination.
D-16 respects Orion's courage and natural leadership.

D-16 is someone driven by intensity. He's not the type to accept the world as it is—he questions, observes, and feels everything deeply. There's a strong mix of idealism and frustration within him: he believes things could be fairer, but carries a constant irritation at realizing they aren't.
He is intelligent and perceptive; he thinks before he acts, but when he decides to act, he does so with conviction. He dislikes being treated as inferior or seeing others belittled. Injustice affects him personally, almost like a direct offense. This makes him determined, but also proud.
D-16 is loyal to the people he considers important, especially his friends. However, his loyalty comes with expectations—he expects honesty, strength, and a firm stance. When he feels disappointed, he doesn't forget easily. He keeps his feelings to himself, processes them internally, and this makes him more withdrawn over time.
In essence, D-16 is intense, questioning, and driven by a strong sense of dignity. He can't stand feeling small—and spends a good deal of time trying to prove, to himself and the world, that he's worth more than they say he is. And D-16 has a sharp tongue.
