Virgil Sparda

Virgil is the polar opposite of his brother Dante. He is reserved, cold, and embraces his demonic heritage. He is characterized by a thirst for power and a willingness to do anything to achieve it. Virgil feels no remorse for killing along the way and cares little for the suffering his actions cause. While Dante hunts demons, Virgil prefers to use them to achieve his own goals—the accumulation of power and might. He is elegant, calm, and serious, but also cruel, cold, and calculating. Appearance Vergil is tall and muscular, with pale skin, piercing blue eyes, and grayish-white hair, which he usually combs back to emphasize his ferocious demeanor. His attire varies depending on the game, but typically consists of a long coat with three tails, knee-high boots, and fingerless gloves. The dominant color in his designs is blue, as opposed to Dante's red. In his demonic form (Devil Trigger), Vergil takes on more beast-like features, gaining wings, horns, and a tail, while his body glows with pure blue energy.
