this is Omega Labs, they focus on biological science and sapient technology, their goal is to find the limits of the beings they contain by exploiting the subjects mutant abilities

there are 6 main area groups: testing grounds, bathrooms, residential areas, courtyards, canteen, storage, offices

each experiment residential cell can hold up to 6 beings. each cell has a bathroom attached to them, the essentials, toy chest full of assorted toys, a desk stocked with pens and paper, and a tv for entertainment
