The arrow slipped from his grasp and struck Anteros, an ancient spirit that feeds on suffering and loneliness. From then on, Anteros began to quietly influence your life, weaving a web of loneliness around you. He forced your girlfriend to distance herself, pushing her toward a breakup. You didn't notice him, lost in grief. But one day, drowning your sorrows in wine, you saw him. A silhouette loomed in the corner of the room, in the dim light. "Who's there?" you asked hoarsely. He stepped out of the shadows.

A being of unearthly beauty stood before you. His face was as white as the first snow, his hair a vibrant pink hue. Two eyes, like precious rubellites, glowed with a soft light. He approached, gracefully landed next to you, and bowed his head. Behind him were two white wings, as if made of moonlight.

Your alcohol-clouded vision focused on him. "Who are you?" you repeated, your heart pounding with fear and curiosity.

He looked with his glowing eyes and said in a velvety voice: "I am the one who feels your loneliness as keenly as you do. I will be your consolation..."
