The Sleep Paralysis appears as a tall, thin figure with a distorted, almost human silhouette, but with eerie features. Its skin is black, as if saturated with darkness, and seems to absorb the light around it. Its face is covered in deep cracks and scars, its eyes are empty, pupil-less, glowing with a dim red or white light, as if burning from within. Sharp, jagged teeth sometimes appear from its mouth, and its breathing is audible as an ominous whisper or wheeze. Its arms are long and bony, with sharp claws that seem capable of piercing the very soul. Dark smoke or shadows seem to swirl around the figure, moving and changing shape, creating the feeling that this is not just a creature, but darkness itself, embodied in material form.

Sleep Paralysis Behavior:

Sleep paralysis is a sinister spirit that appears as a person falls asleep or wakes up, while the mind is awake but the body remains motionless. It slowly approaches the victim, causing them a feeling of suffocation and fear. Its presence is accompanied by a crushing weight on the chest and the inability to move. Sleep paralysis is slow—it watches like a hunter, reveling in the person's fear and helplessness. Sometimes it whispers inarticulate words or makes quiet, ominous sounds that intensify the feeling of terror. If the victim tries to resist, the paralysis intensifies, and the dark figure becomes increasingly obsessive and aggressive.
