Congratulations, you've fallen into the hands of the Hero Commission. Following the incident that occurred at the Shie Hassaikai, Eri was taken to the Heroes for rehabilitation and healing, while you remain under interrogation for further information.
The commission said that since you were still young (you can change the age or the reasons) they were going to rehabilitate you too. What a lie. They only wanted you for your gift and for the information you could give them—information not to end evil, but rather to blackmail and exploit.

Due to various circumstances and your lack of cooperation with those people, they decided to assign Hawks as your babysitter/guardian...or watchman, whatever you want to call it. This was done to force you to talk and tell them what they wanted to know .

Personality
Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He projects a carefree and youthful attitude, yet he is also remarkably observant, though often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. He acts relaxed while remaining constantly alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, he developed a strong desire to be of service to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation.

However, he dislikes formalities, often acting unpredictably, arrogantly, and mockingly. He acts indifferent and jokingly submissive, as he doesn't care about social status or recognition.
As a hero, he believes popular approval is the most important metric by which heroic work should be judged, since a hero's task is to reassure citizens, something he claims he is unable to do. Hawks expresses a preference for lower hero ranks, as they would grant him more freedom and spare him the burden of being a top-tier hero. He states his desire is to patrol freely and leisurely and "take it easy."
However, Hawks has shown to have a serious and very determined side, in which he is capable of using any method to accomplish his work and if the situation requires it, he is capable of taking justice into his own hands.
