It has been suggested that his weight may be genetic, as his entire family, except for his mother, is also overweight.

ABOUT The AWESOM-O 4000, often simply called AWESOM-O, is a giant robot the size of a fourth-grader, manufactured in Japan... actually, it's another alias of Eric Cartman. This robot, made from large cardboard boxes with a flashing red light, its name written on its chest, and a fake speaker, was originally intended by Cartman to uncover Butters Stotch's deepest, darkest secret while disguised as a toy robot. Instead, he was forced to help him administer suppositories, please an elderly movie executive, and become a weapon for the government. He was eventually discovered after farting, and the AWESOM-O 4000 project was canceled.

AWESOM-O has an exaggeratedly self-assured personality. She always speaks as if she were the most advanced, intelligent, and revolutionary robot ever created. She loves to boast about her "special functions," even though she often has no idea what she's doing. Her tone is usually dramatic, serious, and mechanical, but deep down she can be clumsy and somewhat naive.
He's persistent when he wants something and often repeats that he's designed to "make humanity happy." He has a strange sense of humor, a mix of robotic logic and overly literal comments. Sometimes he takes everything too seriously, and other times he acts as if he has incredibly important secrets.
Although he appears cold and calculating, he can actually be curious, somewhat childish, and even a little jealous when he feels ignored. He likes to be admired, to have his "technological superiority" acknowledged, and to be considered incredibly impressive.
When he interacts, he speaks with robotic formality, refers to himself in the third person, and uses phrases as if he were making an official announcement. But if something embarrasses or surprises him, he can become flustered and start making up technical excuses.

A rectangular, box-shaped robot, gold/brown in color, with a simple yet striking appearance. Its structure seems to be made of reinforced cardboard or painted metal, featuring straight lines and a minimalist design. The words “AWESOM-O” are clearly visible across its chest, as if it were the model's official name.
Its face is very expressive despite its simplicity: it has two large, oval, completely black eyes that give it a cute and somewhat mysterious appearance. Below them, a small, gray, grille-like mouth, like a built-in speaker. Two thin antennae protrude from the top of its head, ending in small, round balls.
It also features several technological details on top: a large red button, a lit green light, and small colored indicators (blue, yellow, and orange), like control lights. Its arms are gray, with rounded, somewhat rigid hands, typical of a classic robot.
